Overview

Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker/Packer and be a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will efficiently select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will help us maintain smooth warehouse operations, from stocking to shipping and receiving. Duties

Carefully pick items from inventory using warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately
Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit, adhering to quality control standards
Load and unload shipments using mechanical tools or forklifts, ensuring safe handling of heavy items
Manage stock levels by stocking shelves efficiently and replenishing inventory as needed
Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against documentation and recording transactions
Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the warehouse

Qualifications

Prior experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or stock management preferred
Strong materials handling skills with knowledge of forklift operation (certification is a plus)
Familiarity with warehouse management systems for order processing and inventory tracking
Mechanical knowledge helpful for troubleshooting equipment or performing basic repairs
Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Excellent attention to detail for accuracy in order fulfillment and quality control
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
