Fitness Lead
Sean Bailey Wellness CIC – Runcorn
Job Overview
Sean Bailey Wellness CIC is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Fitness Lead to become a key member of our growing health and wellbeing team in Runcorn.

You will also support school-based fitness programmes, alternative provision work and half-term activities, including working with young people who may not always engage with traditional sport, education or fitness environments.
We are looking for someone who is a strong coach but, equally importantly, is excellent with people. You should be able to build relationships, create an inclusive environment and adapt your coaching to the individual in front of you.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of fitness delivery within an organisation that combines community health, physical activity, youth development and wellbeing.

- Complete Sean Bailey Wellness safeguarding training and any additional training required for the role.
- Understand and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with children and young people.

- Immediately report any safeguarding concerns in accordance with organisational procedures.

- The ability to adapt coaching for different ages, abilities and needs.
- A reliable, organised and proactive approach to work.
