Overview

PERSONAL LICENSE REQUIRED
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our guest services team with enthusiasm and professionalism. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to creating memorable interactions for every visitor. Join us in delivering outstanding service while managing a vibrant team dedicated to excellence! This is a proper local community pub and restaurant.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of guest service
Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and manage reservations to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and facility management
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
Oversee human resources functions related to staffing, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols within the front-of-house area

Skills

Proven supervising experience in hospitality or related service industries
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
Excellent guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
