Assisting with daily opening and closing setups, workspace presentation, and shift briefings
Representing partner brands professionally, empathetically, and clearly across all customer touchpoints
Keeping customer spaces tidy, organized, and fully prepped for high-volume trading hours
Logging basic customer inquiries, inventory movements, or daily updates using internal digital tools
Partnering closely with shift supervisors and team leads to hit daily operational metrics
Working toward personal skill development goals, quality targets, and team objectives
Continuously improving your communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
