Who this role is for

Azorro is looking for a Founding SDR to play a critical role in our short, medium, and long-term growth.

This role is for someone who wants to grow. Someone who is tenacious, curious, ambitious, driven, and hungry for long-term success and growth. Someone who isn’t afraid of risk and wants to invest in an early, relentless company that wants to conquer. Someone who wants to develop and play a key function of the business long-term.

From a tactical point of view, we need someone who has exceptional tonality and confidence on the phone. Who is personable, likeable, and handles rejection with persistence and resilience.

Responsibilities - as a starting point

Own cold calling across Azorro & Azorro’s client book

Tenacious, volume-hungry, reliable execution of inputs
Running discovery on calls to uncover information and insights
Confident and swift closer to get meetings in the diary
Reliable, concise, and value-driven email follow-ups
Capable of building value

Responsibilities - as you grow

Full Campaign Management

Access to best-in-class native-AI GTM technologies to rapidly build value-driven campaigns that convert
Deep strategic research and ICP validation / prioritisation through signal-based outreach
Concise, strategically-aligned email messaging integrated through AI-native research techniques
Full ownership of campaigns end-to-end

Managing Client Relationships

Building and developing client relationships
Managing client communications
Attending 121s and providing value-driven presentations
Extracting data and building reports and AI dashboards on campaign performance

Service & System Design

Build upon and iterate system design based on ongoing feedback to build maximally efficient systems and workflows
Influencing cost management and recruitment decisions as the team grows
Responsible for revenue generated-per-employee → tasked with no.1 business problem to build efficient, integrated AI service offering

Meaningful experience in sales development / business development
Strong business IQ and commercial expertise - ability to understand & speak the P&L or willingness to learn
Experience or familiarity with the agency world, or B2B tech companies, or IT services
