Full job description

Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Motherwell office

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to lead our Administration team based in our Maxim Park Office, supporting our projects across Scotland. As a key member of our operations, you will coordinate the activities of a team of engineers to ensure services are delivered on time and to the customer’s satisfaction. This is initially a one year contract, but there’s a strong possibility of continued employment.

You will

Manage an internal team on a daily basis.
Coordinate and schedule engineers for site visits in line with customer requirements.
Ensure all administrative processes and procedures are followed to keep projects running smoothly.
Maintain regular contact with customers’ representatives to arrange site visits and handle queries.
Assist with project and support billings, timesheet recording, and overtime reporting.

You have

Proven experience in office administration or project coordination, preferably in the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) or construction industry.
Exceptional organisational skills with an eager eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Knowledge of BEMS (Building Energy Management Systems) or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems is a plus, but not essential.
