Full job description

Hours: 08:00 to 16:00, 21 hours per week, Tues, Weds, Thurs (Salary range is for Full Time Equivalent)

We're looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Part-Time HR & Office Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is a varied role that combines office management and HR support – perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Support HR administration activities, ensuring sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.
Coordinate all building and facilities maintenance, servicing and repairs.
Deliver health & safety inductions
Ensure office facilities and communal areas are kept orderly and ensuring supplies are stocked up.
Assist Compliance with co-ordinating refresher health & safety training, accreditations and the QMS system.
Carry out weekly fire alarm testing and co-ordinate fire evacuations in line with Health & Safety requirements.
Carry out risk assessments to ensure we are adhering to safety regulations
Act as receptionist to welcome visitors and maximise the security of our building.
Manage the Office inbox and respond to day-to-day queries from managers and employees.
Placing stationery orders and supplies for office such as milk
Maintaining training records and supporting with payroll processes, such as checking expenses
Co-ordinate company social activities and charity events
Devise and distribute Wellness Wednesday posts on Viva Engage
Be a point of call for car parking queries

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
