Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solar Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our solar energy solutions, engaging with potential clients to educate them about the benefits of renewable energy and guiding them through the sales process. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help inspire homeowners and businesses to make sustainable choices that benefit both their finances and the environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the renewable energy industry while making a positive impact on our planet.

Responsibilities

Actively identify and engage prospective clients through B2B (business-to-business) and direct outreach strategies.
Conduct detailed consultations with customers to understand their energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and financing options to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage your schedule efficiently, coordinating appointments and follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities using IT tools.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the purchasing process.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers from sales to installation.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or customer service roles with a focus on consultative selling.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Valid driver’s license and reliable driving ability for client visits and site assessments.
Familiarity with IT systems for managing customer data, scheduling, and reporting.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client engagements efficiently.
Knowledge of solar energy products, renewable energy markets, or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach toward meeting sales targets.
