Good Tuesday is a design-led stationery brand and a certified B Corp. We bring “the Art in Planning” - creating beautiful tools to help people plan their time. We believe good planning creates space for what really matters.
We have all the makings of an iconic brand; impactful products, a loyal community, and a strong sense of purpose. We're growing fast, and we’re looking for curious, kind, and capable people who want to help grow a company that uses business as a force for good - and have fun doing it.
We take work seriously, but don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead business operations at Good Tuesday, with a focus on scaling systems, streamlining processes, and improving performance across fulfilment, logistics, and wider operations.
This is a senior, hands-on role at the centre of our business. You’ll own the day-to-day operations that keep things running smoothly, from stock flow and order fulfilment to capacity planning, systems management, and delivering efficiencies that support growth.
Warehouse and logistics will be a key part of your remit, but you’ll also strengthen how the wider business operates. You’ll work closely with leadership and collaborate across teams to drive performance, implement digital tools, and ensure we’re set up for scale. You’ll lead Lean implementation, build quarterly operational OKRs, review KPIs and costs, solve bottlenecks, and improve service levels, bringing clarity and rigour to how we work.
You’ll manage cross-functional initiatives, oversee internal and external stakeholders, and help shape the future of our operations as we grow into new channels and markets. We’re looking for someone who can build out the operations function, thrives on structure, brings high standards, and aligns operational execution with business goals in a creative, fast-paced environment.

What we expect:
You take pride in your work. You ask “how could this be even better?” and you care about the details — whether it’s a product, a process, or a team project.
4. Honest & Accountable

5. Purposeful
We act with intention. No busy work, no filler. We focus on what moves the needle and build systems that last.
