Growth Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid / Remote (North America & Europe)

We’re a startup-focused growth agency helping Seed and Series A companies across the North America and Europe scale faster through smarter marketing.

Our clients are ambitious startups that have found early traction, raised funding, and are now focused on accelerating customer acquisition, launching products successfully, and building brands people genuinely connect with.

We work closely with founders as an extension of their internal team — combining performance marketing, creative strategy, content, and experimentation to build scalable growth engines.

We’re now looking for a commercially-minded Growth Marketing Manager to join the team and lead growth strategy and execution across multiple high-growth startup accounts.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys variety, and loves turning ambitious growth targets into measurable results.

The Role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own and execute growth strategies across paid media, acquisition funnels, content systems, and launch campaigns for a portfolio of startup clients.

You’ll work directly with founders, internal teams, and the Creative Lead to identify opportunities, test ideas quickly, and scale the channels that drive real business growth.

You’ll need to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - from launching Meta campaigns and optimizing landing pages to analyzing CAC and shaping messaging across channels.

What You’ll Do

Paid Social & Search (Core Focus)

Own and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Build and scale acquisition funnels focused on leads, sign-ups, and conversions.
Test creatives, messaging, audiences, and offers to improve performance.
Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and overall campaign efficiency.
Rapidly scale winning campaigns while confidently cutting underperforming experiments.

Funnel Building & CRO

Build and optimize landing pages designed to convert.
Run A/B tests across copy, layouts, CTAs, offers, and user journeys.
Improve the full customer journey from ad → landing page → conversion.
Work closely with design and content teams to improve performance through creative and UX improvements.

Content & Brand Growth

Develop engaging social-first content strategies for startup brands.
Collaborate with creators and the Creative Lead to produce high-performing UGC and paid social creatives.
Help grow organic presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Ensure content aligns with each startup’s positioning, audience, and growth goals.

Analytics & Experimentation

Track and report on performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, retention, and funnel conversion rates.
Launch and manage weekly growth experiments across channels, creatives, and landing pages.
Use data and insights to guide decisions, budget allocation, and scaling opportunities.
Build clear reporting frameworks and communicate performance insights to founders and stakeholders.

Consumer Insights & Positioning

Understand customer behavior, motivations, and objections across different audiences.
Translate consumer insights into stronger messaging, campaigns, and conversion strategies.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine brand positioning and market fit.
Feed learnings back into creative, product, and operational decisions.

What We’re Looking ForEssential

1–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or D2C acquisition.
Proven experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads with measurable growth results.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
Analytical mindset with strong creative instincts.
Comfortable working across multiple startup clients and fast-moving environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Hotjar, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar platforms.
Strong copywriting and content instincts.

Bonus Points

Experience working with Seed or Series A startups.
Background in fintech, gaming, ecommerce, D2C brands, hospitality, or consumer apps.
Experience producing or directing UGC/performance creative.
Familiarity with retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM strategies.
