Here at GXO, we're looking for a Supplier Support Coordinator to join our team in Nottingham, supporting our transport solution EyeQ across our network. In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, drivers and internal teams, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring operational processes run smoothly.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility between 07:30 and 17:00 to support business needs.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and operational teams, delivering a responsive and professional service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, supporting service performance and continuous improvement
- Manage customer and supplier enquiries, investigating and resolving issues while providing timely updates to stakeholders
- Communicate with drivers, customer sites and internal departments regarding delivery schedules, delays and service-related queries
- Monitor service performance and maintain accurate records, system updates and transport administration to support operational excellence
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience in a customer service, logistics, transport or operational support environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, with experience of transport systems being advantageous
