Team Collaboration & On-the-Job Growth

Collaborate closely with fellow team members and shift leads to ensure smooth daily floor management.
Participate in paid onboarding, morning briefings, and regular skill development workshops.
Share practical observations during debriefs to help optimize future event setups and engagement strategies.
Contribute to a welcoming, positive, and inclusive team culture across all Sheffield locations.
