The Opportunity

This isn’t a traditional sales job.

This isn’t a traditional marketing job.

It’s both.

Your mission is simple:

Generate leads. Build relationships. Answer enquiries. Convert bookings. Grow the business.

You’ll become the first point of contact for many of our clients and will be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression.

You’ll use our CRM, AI systems, marketing campaigns and your own initiative to build a healthy pipeline of corporate customers.

Your Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

Your biggest priority.

● Answer incoming telephone enquiries

● Respond quickly to website enquiries

● Respond to emails and LinkedIn enquiries

● Qualify new opportunities

● Understand each client’s accommodation requirements

● Prepare quotations and proposals

● Follow up every opportunity until a decision is made

● Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

● Build long-term relationships with clients

Business Development

● Contact new corporate prospects

● Generate new business opportunities

● Reach out to relocation companies

● Build relationships with insurance providers

● Contact HR departments and procurement teams

● Introduce Next Move Stays to construction companies

● Network through LinkedIn

● Attend networking events where appropriate

Marketing

Working alongside Genie AI, you’ll:

● Manage social media

● Create engaging content

● Build email campaigns

● Create marketing funnels

● Update our website

● Publish blogs

● Improve SEO

● Generate leads through digital marketing

AI & CRM

You’ll use Genie AI every day to:

● Automate follow-up campaigns

● Build customer journeys

● Manage our CRM

● Keep every lead organised

● Track customer communication

● Improve conversion rates

Experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation, estate agency, recruitment, business development or B2B sales would be a huge advantage—but attitude is more important than experience.

What Your Typical Day Could Look Like

8:00am – Grab a coffee and review new enquiries that came in overnight.

8:15am – Respond to emails and website leads.

8:45am – Team catch-up to review priorities.

9:00am – Call new corporate enquiries.

10:00am – Prepare quotations for insurance and relocation clients.

11:00am – Follow up yesterday’s proposals.

12:30pm – Lunch.

1:15pm – Prospect new businesses on LinkedIn.

2:00pm – Call relocation agents and corporate contacts.

3:30pm – Update CRM and automate follow-up campaigns using Genie AI.

4:00pm – Update social media and website content.

5:00pm – Review today’s results and prepare tomorrow’s priorities.
