About the Role
Rollwave Foods (franchisee) is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our lively sushi and street food kiosk team in Liverpool. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food environment and takes pride in preparing great-tasting food while creating a positive experience for every customer. You'll be trained to prepare fresh food to a high standard and build strong rapport with customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare fresh sushi and street food dishes following our recipes and quality guidelines
Greet and serve customers in a warm, professional manner, taking accurate orders
Keep your kiosk area tidy, organised, and fully compliant with food hygiene standards
Recommend add-ons and specials to boost the customer's order and overall sales
Follow strict food safety procedures for storage, handling, and preparation
Help monitor stock levels and support with restocking when required
Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and helpfully

What We're Looking For

No prior experience required, full training provided; food service background is a bonus
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices preferred
Any kitchen or culinary background is helpful but not essential
Comfortable working quickly and accurately during busy service periods
A team player who thrives in a fast-moving setting
Friendly, approachable, and a strong communicator
Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Availability to work in any of our operating stores at Old Swan, Sefton and Allerton
