Full job description

Overview

I am a self employed musician, husband and father with ADHD, seeking help with a range of admin tasks that I struggle with.

I am looking to pay someone to help me with some admin tasks that I find difficult and which take me a long time to complete.

Responsibilities

Helping me register all performances of my music with the Performers Rights Society. This would probably initially require working with me and another colleague to establish exactly how to go about doing so, before moving on to being something that you would do mostly on your own. Help will be always available from me and my other colleague.
Invoicing for all work completed by me in my capacity as a professional musician.
Help with my income and expenses, including spreadsheet completion for the accountant. General supporting of financial processes. This would be something we could discuss.
Supporting financial processes through invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Collaborating with team members to streamline administrative procedures
Helping me not miss important emails
Potentially interested in social media assistance as well; resharing at key times, basic video editing, keeping me aware of any messages that I should be aware of.
Requirements
Proven office or administrative experience demonstrating excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Excellent organisational abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, record keeping, and report preparation
Ability to work independently whilst also supporting team objectives
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephony systems is desirable

Pay: £10.00-£20.00 per hour
