Location: UK (Remote Working, UK-based)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Level: Mid-Senior Level (5-8 years' work experience)

Overview

We are partnering with a fast-growing Chinese smart intercom and smart home technology brand as they expand into the UK market.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international technology business at the ground floor of its UK journey — with significant scope to shape the market strategy and grow with the business.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness, helping customers understand the value of our solutions, supporting business development, and driving successful project delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, solution sales, security systems, smart home technology, IoT, property technology (PropTech), or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Technical Marketing

Plan and deliver technical marketing activities including webinars, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
Develop tailored solution proposals, presentation materials, and competitive analysis reports
Support new market and client development alongside the commercial team
Participate in commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and order acquisition to meet regional sales targets
Analyse client requirements and deliver optimal technical solutions to maximise win rates

Project Delivery & After-Sales Support

Take full ownership of technical support across major projects and key accounts through to successful delivery
Handle client technical queries and complaints on the front line, coordinating resources to resolve issues efficiently
Collect client feedback and competitor intelligence to drive continuous product and service improvement

What Our Client Is Looking For

Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of pre-sales technical support experience — smart home, security, elderly care technology, or property development sectors preferred
Experience in overseas markets or independent project delivery is a strong advantage
Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and demonstration skills
Strong competitive analysis and project management capabilities
Professional-level English as primary working language
Results-driven with strong communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel across the UK as required

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English
Must hold the right to work in the UK
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
This role may involve customer site visits and technical demonstrations
