1. POSITION DETAILS

Position Title Education Sales Advisor - Offline Student Recruitment - Mandarin Speaking

Salary Starting from £26,000, with Uncapped Commission and Bonus

Hours of work 37.5 hours per week

Location Hybrid in London

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

TopCourses is a leading international education consultancy, with offices in London, Leicester and Manchester. We are accredited by the British Council, ICEF and UCAS, and we are the official representative for over 100 education institutions. We provide tailored, expert guidance to international students at every stage of their application to schools and universities in the UK.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Education Sales Advisor with an entrepreneurial spirit to be part of our young, vibrant, growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident approaching and communicating with students, able to quickly build rapport and trust, and have a strong interest in education and student recruitment. You should be proactive, target-driven and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. Training will be provided to the successful candidates and you will work in collaboration with an experienced marketing and sales team, creating and innovating new ways of working to ensure excellent performance. We are here to support you in developing your career in the right direction.

3. Responsibilities

Offline Student Recruitment & Lead Generation

Work with the marketing team to develop and enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will increase leads and sales.
Engage in outreach activities, such as presenting at school/university talks, career events and university fairs (some travel required).
Communicate with students in a friendly, professional and engaging manner, identify their study-abroad needs and generate qualified leads.
Promote TopCourses’ services and create awareness among prospective students through face-to-face interactions.
Work with the marketing team to develop and enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will increase leads and sales.

Sales

Identify and interact with prospective leads/customers, who are both students and parents, by introducing the company and the value that we can provide.
Present, promote and pitch TopCourses’ services as per the company sales process.
Conduct consultations and academic assessments in a professional manner.
Actively follow up with prospective customers in a tailored and personalised manner, by utilising WeChat, video meetings and screensharing to connect with and support prospective students in their decision-making process to close sales and to achieve expected sales targets.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s processes, procedures and products to generate the biggest possible returns/sales income for the business.

4. Qualifications

UK Master’s degree, preferably from a top UK university;
Excellent face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach and communicate with students;
Strong sales ability and a proven ability or strong potential to convert leads and close deals;
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching people they have not met before;
Ability to learn on one’s own initiative and to research the best study options for students;
Self-motivated and results-orientated team-player;
Experience in the international student recruitment industry and customer-facing roles is preferable;
Knowledge of graphic software, including Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Illustrator is a plus.

5. Staff Benefits

Holiday: 20 days + 8 UK bank Holidays + your birthday
Pension: People’s Pension Scheme, currently 5% employee minimum contribution and 3% TopCourses employer contribution

1. 线下学生招生 & Lead获客

与市场团队合作，通过挖掘和开发新的活动、服务及推广渠道，持续优化获客方式，提升Lead数量及销售业绩；
参与线下推广活动，如中学/大学宣讲会、留学展、职业发展活动等（需接受一定出差）；
以友好、专业且具有亲和力的方式与学生进行沟通，了解其留学需求并获取高质量学生Lead；
通过面对面的沟通和推广，向潜在学生介绍 TopCourses 的服务，提高学生对公司及服务的认知；
与市场团队协作，持续探索和优化线下获客方式，包括活动、推广项目及其他能够提升 Lead 和销售转化的渠道。

2. 留学咨询 & 销售转化

主动接触和沟通潜在客户，包括学生及家长，介绍公司以及 TopCourses 能够提供的服务，价值和优势；
为学生进行初步背景评估与升学路径分析，提供专业、清晰的建议；
通过线下面对面、微信、视频会议等方式进行一对一跟进，推动学生做出留学决策并完成签约；
持续维护客户关系，完成个人及团队销售目标；
熟悉并掌握公司各类服务产品、流程及内部操作规范，以最大化销售业绩及公司收益。

任职要求

英国硕士学历，毕业于英国知名高校者优先；
具备优秀的面对面沟通及人际交往能力，能够自信、主动地与学生沟通；
具备较强的销售能力，以及将潜在客户转化为实际客户并促成成交的能力或潜力；
中英文沟通能力优秀，能流畅与学生、家长及海外院校沟通；
自信、外向，能够主动与陌生人建立联系并进行沟通；
学习能力强，能独立研究院校、专业及签证等相关信息；
自驱力强，结果导向，能在目标压力下高效工作；
有留学中介 / 国际学生招生或客户服务相关经验者优先；
会使用 Canva、Photoshop、CapCut、Illustrator 等设计/剪辑工具者加分。
