Location: Office Based
Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience

About Us

We are a growing maintenance and construction company looking for an organised and reliable Administration Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations.

This is a part-time, office-based role offering flexible working hours. The schedule can be discussed with the successful candidate, making it suitable for applicants looking for work that fits around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
Schedule appointments and manage engineer diaries.
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
Coordinate maintenance works with customers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
Monitor ongoing jobs and ensure all work is completed and recorded correctly.
Maintain records of inspections, service reports, and compliance certificates.
Perform general administration, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Provide administrative support to the business owner and wider team.

Skills & Experience

Previous administration experience within the maintenance, construction, facilities management, or property services sector is essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using job management software or CRM systems is desirable.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional, reliable, and proactive.

Working Hours

Part-time.
Monday to Friday.
Flexible hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
