Job Description

We're looking for a motivated FEA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in finite element analysis to join a leading engineering team supporting cutting-edge gas turbine development.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and refining high-quality FE meshes using HyperMesh, ISEM, or similar tools
Performing structural and thermal analyses using ANSYS
Supporting the validation and improvement of simulation models
Assessing component performance under demanding operating conditions
Collaborating with experienced engineers to develop high-fidelity engine models
Contributing to the design and optimisation of critical gas turbine components

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Creating and refining high-quality FE meshes using HyperMesh, ISEM, or similar tools
Performing structural and thermal analyses using ANSYS
Supporting the validation and improvement of simulation models
Assessing component performance under demanding operating conditions
Collaborating with experienced engineers to develop high-fidelity engine models
Contributing to the design and optimisation of critical gas turbine components

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.

Desirable Skills:

3+ years' experience in FEA and meshing
Knowledge of ANSYS, HyperMesh, ISEM or equivalent tools
Understanding of structural and thermal analysis principles
Experience with model preparation, validation, and interpretation of results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in gas turbine simulation
