Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible with each individual.

Our Shifts: 8am - 8pm | 8pm - 8am (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for staff to work a mix of days and nights

Contract: We have 1 x 36 hour permanent contract and 1 x 36 hour temporary contract available. The temporary role is for maternity cover and may be extended or made permanent at a later date.

Driving License Required? No

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting 4 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

Supporting with personal care
Medication Administration
Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with cycling, rambling, baking, listening to music and visiting local coffee shops
