Overview

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that propel organizational growth and efficiency. Duties

Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence
Develop detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans to facilitate seamless implementation of change initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure stakeholder buy-in throughout projects
Utilize analysis skills to evaluate current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend innovative solutions for optimization
Monitor project progress, measure success metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes
Facilitate communication across all levels of the organization to promote understanding and engagement with transformation efforts

Requirements

Proven experience in business analysis and managing large-scale transformation or change management projects
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse teams
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate project objectives and progress
Knowledge of industry best practices in business process improvement and organizational change management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
