Hours: 35hrs per week, permanent
Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm

We have an existing opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team based in Brandon Gate.

This is a rewarding role which gives you opportunity for personal development and allows you to positively contribute towards South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships public service delivery.

You would be part of a successful, well established administration service working in a fast-paced environment and as a Grade 1 Level 4 Clerical Assistant, along with your line manager, you will supervise the workload of the clerical staff working within an administration team, ensuring duties are carried out in accordance with timescales. You will undertake a wide variety of admin duties including coordinating the generic Outlook mailboxes, managing task rotas to facilitate hybrid working, update the Social Work Case Management systems, provide a word processing service, maintain spreadsheets, answer and field phone calls, minute taking, scan documents and other general admin tasks to support our colleagues who provide a frontline service to the community.

We welcome applications from people who are enthusiastic and motivated and have good keyboard, oral and written communication skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to provide a comprehensive admin support to our operational colleagues, undertaking a range of clerical tasks.
