Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our workforce by managing human capital management strategies, overseeing compliance, and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting processes, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Taleo.
Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed, informed, and integrated smoothly into the organization.
Assist with employee evaluation procedures, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth.
Manage benefits administration tasks including enrollment, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance, workers' compensation claims, and benefits inquiries.
Support workforce management activities such as organization design, succession planning, and strategic planning to optimize staffing levels and talent retention.
Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal requirements, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information System), analyze Excel data reports for insights, and support payroll processing activities using systems like Kronos or UltiPro.

Skills

Extensive experience in human capital management, change management, and human resources management practices.
Proven ability in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing through HR systems like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong understanding of employment law, labor regulations, and HR legal compliance requirements across diverse jurisdictions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally while managing employee relations effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis), project management tools, and HRIS platforms such as Workday or Kronos.
Skilled in conflict management, personnel administration, and implementing organizational design initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and administrative tasks.
