Operations Support Coordinator

Full-time | Office-based | Salary DOE

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and can keep multiple moving parts under control without losing sight of the detail.

Working alongside our Operations & HR Manager, you'll become the person people rely on.

The role:

You'll work across:

HR administration
Recruitment coordination and onboarding
Fleet administration and ownership
Compliance administration
Supporting Scheduling activities and operation coordination
General operational support and administration
Managing incoming calls and enquiries through to completion

No two days will look the same—and that's exactly what makes this role rewarding.

We're looking for someone who:

Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion
Is confident communicating with colleagues, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders
Can manage competing priorities and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys variety and can comfortably switch between different responsibilities
Has strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Is proactive, solution-focused and willing to get involved wherever support is needed
Wants to play an important role in a growing and ambitious business
