Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Crewe. As an Account Manager at Radius Telematics, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, analysing data, and building strong relationships to drive business growth and customer retention.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support
Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels
Identify and reduce churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns
Recognise and capitalise on upsell opportunities when applicable
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

What do we expect of you?

Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
Commercial awareness with good track record of similar responsibilities with positive commercial results
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to function in a high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition
