Job Summary

Make a difference in your community

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Community Pharmacy Nurse to join our friendly healthcare team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated nurse who is passionate about providing accessible, patient-centred care within a community setting.

You will work alongside pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to deliver high-quality clinical services, promote healthy lifestyles, and support patients in managing their health.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to patients.
Conduct appropriate clinical assessments and health checks.
Support vaccination and immunisation services, where trained and authorised.
Provide health screening, monitoring and lifestyle advice.
Support patients with long-term conditions and health-management needs.
Recognise and appropriately escalate patients who require further medical assessment.
Maintain accurate, confidential and timely patient records.
Work collaboratively with pharmacists, GPs and other healthcare professionals.
Promote health prevention, wellbeing and patient education.
Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with professional standards, local policies and relevant legislation.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a registered nurse with a valid registration.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is compassionate, approachable and patient-focused.
Can work confidently and independently while being an effective team member.
Demonstrates sound clinical judgement and a commitment to patient safety.
Is organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.
Has an interest in community healthcare and health promotion.
