Welcoming event and store visitors warmly, introducing promotional offers, and providing tailored information
Assisting potential customers with campaign inquiries, product details, and account registrations
Representing partner brands with confidence, professionalism, and clarity across diverse promotional venues
Supporting campaign setup, floor presentation, and maintaining clean, organised promotional materials
Assisting with lead tracking, campaign reporting, and administrative follow-ups using internal systems
Working collaboratively with campaign leads and team members to achieve smooth daily floor operations
Working towards individual and team customer engagement targets, campaign KPIs, and marketing goals
Continuously developing your campaign coordination, communication confidence, and customer engagement skills
