Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to support our executive team and manage daily office operations. This is a varied role suited to an individual who is comfortable adapting their priorities throughout the day as operational need change.

What we are looking for:

A positive can do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.

Excellent computer skills and confident using software systems operated within the business (Training provided)

Excellent telephone / verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and managing the email inbox
Proactively supporting the management team
General support to other team members when required
Raising purchase orders
Co-ordinating meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting room
Supporting onboarding of new staff
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Assisting with the smooth day to day running of the office - ordering stationary/uniform
Filing and general office administration

Pay: £25,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
