Customer Service & Branch Support Advisor

Full-Time | Estate & Letting Agency

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Branch Support Advisor to join our successful and growing estate agency team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy, friendly business where you'll play a key role in supporting both our Sales and Lettings teams across four thriving offices. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing first-class customer service both face-to-face, over the phone and via email.
Supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy Sales and Lettings departments.
Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Booking property viewings, valuations and appointments.
Liaising with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and contractors.
Assisting with property administration and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Providing flexible support across our four office locations.
Helping to ensure each branch runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards of customer care.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and is always willing to go the extra mile.

You'll ideally have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, positive and professional approach.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience (estate agency or lettings experience is an advantage but not essential).
A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves providing support across our four office locations across the Preston area.

Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Working every alternate Saturday is an essential part of this role.
