Transport Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Hybrid / Office-Based (Flexible – Wolverhampton Based)

B R O Storage and Logistics Ltd is a growing UK transport and storage company providing reliable, time-critical haulage and logistics solutions nationwide. We’re looking for a proactive and computer-literate Transport Administrator to support our busy operations team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor ongoing jobs each day to ensure timely completion.
Chase and collect Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and upload them to our systems.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and partner depots professionally via phone and email.
Assist in updating load sheets, booking notes, and invoice information accurately.
Support the transport manager with day-to-day logistics coordination.

Requirements

Experience using Haulage Exchange - Optional
Experience in transport and confident managing multiple deliveries.
Good understanding of UK road haulage and palletised freight operations.
Strong computer skills (Office, email, and online portals).
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Flexible, reliable, and professional approach.

Hours & Pay

Part-time flexi, additional hours will be required during busy periods.
£15 per hour.
24 hour operation, will be required to work variable hours.
