Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised finance professional to provide high-quality accounting, taxation, audit and business advisory services to a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, companies, partnerships and individuals, ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm procedures whilst delivering excellent client service

Duties

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with UK accounting principles and FRS 102
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.
Advising clients on VAT issues and HMRC requirements
Preparation and review of corporation tax and personal tax computations and returns
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, IRIS or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of UK accounting principles,
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various cliets and staff.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
