Sales Operations Administrator – Full-Time 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

The Sales Administrator reports to the Administration Manager and is responsible for the development and growth of the Sales Operations team with the goal of further expanding the distribution of Entel’s own brand of technologically advanced radio communication products.

The role holder will work as part of our busy Sales Operations team supporting the department with a variety of administration tasks. They must be confident, personable and possess attributes such as meticulous attention to detail, strong administration skills, good communication skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst achieving a high level of accuracy, adaptable and have a strong desire to be part of a successful team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Prepare quotations based on customer requirements
Receive and process sales orders
Expedite orders and dispatches through internal liaison
Respond to and manage customer queries, by email and phone.
Verify orders, including customer requirements and payment details
Liaise with other departments on issues arising
Learn our product base sufficiently to answer customer queries.
Fully understand all stages of the sales operations process.
Any other administration related responsibilities that may arise in line with business requirements.

Key requirements:

Educated to GCSE Level, Maths & English A – C.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) are essential.
Strong numeracy skills and excellent eye for detail.
Ability to prioritise work and deal with competing deadlines
Conscientious, customer focused and able to prioritise workloads.
Show initiative & flexibility, and be able to work with minimum supervision after suitable training.
Confident in being part of a team where accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness are all critical.
