About Us

OMOMO Korean Street Food & Bubble Tea is an innovative and growing brand dedicated to delivering delicious and authentic Korean street food paired with refreshing bubble teas and unique korean-inspired cocktails / mocktails. We’re passionate about creating an inviting, energetic atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on our guests. As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we’re seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and help us grow.

About the Role

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. We’re looking for someone with bartending experience who can also bring creativity and flair to our beverage offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an ambitious brand with room for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged staff.
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverages, adhering to company standards and health regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Manage inventory, place orders, and oversee vendor relationships.
Act as a hands-on leader, assisting with both front-of-house and back-of-house duties as needed.
Utilize bartending skills to create and refine innovative bubble tea and beverage offerings.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Drive the brand’s vision and values, contributing to the success of our expanding business.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management, with knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Bartending experience is highly desirable.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Customer Service: A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Problem Solving: Ability to handle challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying responsibilities.
