Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Hospitality and Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Duties

Perform comprehensive commercial cleaning tasks across various areas including offices, reception areas, restrooms, and communal spaces
Maintain high standards of hygiene by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
Manage waste disposal efficiently by emptying bins and ensuring recycling protocols are followed
Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper goods to ensure continuous availability
Conduct routine inspections to identify cleanliness issues or maintenance needs and report them promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Support additional hospitality duties such as setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, health & safety standards, and hygiene protocols
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Physically capable of performing manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and report issues promptly
