Salary: £29,000 per year

What you'll be doing:

Speaking with customers and understanding their needs.
Guiding customers through our products and services.
Balancing compassion with competency.
Providing clear, honest and helpful guidance.
Continuously developing your knowledge and skills through coaching and training.
Working with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Contributing to a start-up style culture.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We'll give you:

Comprehensive training on our products, systems, sales approach and customer experience standards.
Progression opportunities within a rapidly scaling team (we always say there’s normal timeframes, and then there’s Kinly timeframes).
