Full job description

Here at Coxhead Cleaning Services, We are looking for a hardworking, punctual individual who is reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment to join our family run team.

All successful candidates must demonstrate professionalism, integrity and be able to work with an enthusiastic manner whilst ensuring that they carry out duties to the highest of standards at all times which is in keeping with the Company's Ethos. A good working attitude is essential.

Daily duties will involve cleaning within commercial premises, including schools, offices, and other business environments. Therefore, a strong attention to detail and a professional, adaptable approach are essential.

Successful candidate would either be contracted to approximately 25 hours per week worked across 5 evenings. Shifts operate between 16.15- 22.30pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential, as finish times may vary depending on site requirements.

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, as travel between sites using a company vehicle forms part of the role.

Working hours

Monday to Friday
4:15pm – 10:30pm
25-hour contract

Summary

As a Cleaner (Evenings), you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities during the evening shift tasks efficiently. A valid driving license is required for this role, as you will need to travel between locations and share driving responsibilities with colleagues. Join our team and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key responsibilities

Drive between sites as required using a company vehicle
Carry out cleaning duties on all of our cleaning sites, alongside the team members.
Identify and report any operational concerns or supply requirements
Ensure company procedures, health and safety standards, and site specifications are consistently followed
Represent the company professionally when working within client premises

The successful candidate

Proven commercial cleaning experience is essential
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required
Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence
Must have a clear criminal record
Employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check, which will be carried out as part of the recruitment process.

Full training and uniform will be provided.

Pay

£12.75 per hour (April pay rate)
Paid monthly
