Full job description

Location: HM Naval Bas, Devon.
Working Pattern: Full-time | Monday - Thursday - 8am to 4pm - Friday - 8am - 3:30pm

We're looking for a Facilities Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations across one or more sites, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards and in line with contractual and client requirements.

Role Responsibilities

Manage and support the operational delivery of facilities services across single.
Ensure all services are delivered in line with legal, statutory, and client requirements
Respond promptly and effectively to daily operational challenges, maintaining professionalism at all times
Maintain high standards of performance, health and safety, and compliance across all service areas
Act as the key point of contact for resolving site issues and driving continuous improvement.
Manage various small work and lifecycle projects to support the clients upkeeping standards.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

Strong and relevant experiences within Facilities Management.
Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry.
Strong exposure within Health & Safety and compliance to a high level.
Excellent knowledge within the Electrical and/or Mechanical field.
Ability to meet compliance requirements, including eligibility for BPSS and SC Clearance.
Excellent personal skills and communications skills.
Using a CAFM and operating within a PFI or defence position would be desirable.
