Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a Trade Mark Administrator, on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive process management of a portfolio of Trade Mark cases, providing a high level of paralegal support to the allocated fee earner ensuring adherence to all deadlines and actively supporting the fee earner in ensuring cases are in order at all times.

In order to contribute immediately to the team’s activity, we are looking for an experienced paralegal, or relevant experience within intellectual property. Additionally, possession of the CITMA Trade Mark Paralegal qualification or currently studying for it would be a distinct advantage.

You should have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; be methodical with a very good attention to detail and be able to demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to create your own internal and external correspondence and confident when dealing directly with clients, fee earners, other legal firms etc.

You must have an enthusiastic and flexible approach and show initiative in planning and thinking ahead for yourself.

You should work well as part of a team but have the confidence and knowledge to be able to work independently as required.
