Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Floor Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily cafe activities, supervise play areas and uphold the highest standards of food safety, quality, and hospitality. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow. Duties

Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel to deliver top-tier customer service
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality, presentation, and safety standards
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and efficient service delivery
Monitor food safety practices, hygiene standards, and compliance with health regulations
Assist in training new staff members on service protocols, food handling, and safety procedures
Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive experiences
Support barista or beverage preparation activities when needed to enhance guest service

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a cafe or hospitality environment with team leading responsibilities
Extensive restaurant experience with strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices
Background in food safety protocols and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Familiarity with food production processes within a busy kitchen setting
Experience in hospitality roles such as serving or guest relations is highly desirable
Previous barista experience is a plus but not mandatory
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
