Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Commercial Manager to oversee and optimise our organisation’s commercial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics to contribute significantly to our company's success. Duties

Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with organisational objectives to maximise profitability and market share.
Manage key client accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favourable terms and agreements.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure cohesive delivery of products and services.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
Oversee contract management processes, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Monitor financial performance related to commercial activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Experience

Proven experience in a senior commercial or business development role within a relevant industry sector.
Demonstrable success in developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous agreements.
Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in market research tools and data analysis software.
Leadership experience with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Familiarity with legal aspects of contracts and compliance standards is desirable.
A recognised qualification in business administration, marketing, or related fields would be advantageous but not essential.
