Position Maintenance Operative

Our Team You will be working within the Operations team to maintain Bauer’s Out of Home advertising portfolio, reporting to the Operations Manager.

As a Maintenance Operative within the operations team your mission will be to embody Bauer’s values and contribute to the exciting future of our business. You will be a crucial part of a dynamic team, where your efforts directly align with our vision, pushing boundaries of excellence every day.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all aspects of the maintaining our extensive street furniture portfolio including:

· Maintaining all aspects of advertising structures such as Bus Shelters, Billboards & Phone Kiosks alongside the associated grounds

· Effectively translate instructions re. tasks on site to ensure work is completed to required standard & ensure that any additional issues whilst on site are either dealt with or recorded & reported

· Detailed reporting on all allocated tasks & on identification of issues

· Manage allocated route & navigate work area efficiently

· Following all company procedures including reporting, specifications, etc. & adhere to Health and Safety guidelines

· Support other operational needs as required

· Work closely with Building Crew, Service Operatives & other Maintenance Crews

· Build a strong & professional relationship with all business partners

Your Skills

· Some experience in working outside is useful, but not essential, as the role is a full-time role working outdoors & in all weather conditions

· Work independently under own initiative whilst having experience of working with others

· Ability to understand the job specifications & processes involved in this role

· Self-motivated individual with the ability to successfully organise, prioritise & manage workload

· Comfortable working under pressure

· Attention to detail essential

· Willingness to learn & undergo training as required

· Reasonably IT literate

Your Profile

· Enthusiastic & proactive individual

· Physically fit & capable of fulfilling multiple manual tasks

· Ability to prioritise work daily and liaise with other members within the operations team

· Good communication skills

· Clean driving licence & good geographical knowledge

· Flexible approach to working hours

Working Pattern and Location

A fulltime permanent position of 40 hours per week, based in Belfast
