Machine Operative

Location: East Kilbride
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £14.24 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am start (4-day working week)

Are you an experienced Machine Operative looking for a better work-life balance? Tempro Recruitment have an excellent opportunity to join a busy manufacturing team in East Kilbride, working a 4-day week with every Friday off.

The Role

As a Machine Operative, you'll be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring products meet quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
Setting up and monitoring machines throughout production.
Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
Following production schedules and work instructions.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Adhering to all health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous machine operating experience is essential.
Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

What's on Offer

Competitive pay of £12.71 - £14.24 per hour.
4-day working week – Monday to Thursday.
Early start at 6:30am, with long weekends every week.
