We have an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating activities, and making a real difference behind the scenes. This unique role offers the chance to engage with multiple areas of Core CAMHS.
The role is split into two parts. For part of your role, you will provide dedicated support to three Heads of Clinical Services who oversee a range of services within Core CAMHS. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities by providing high-quality administrative and organisational support.
The second part of the role focuses on supporting our Core CAMHS Team Managers with recruitment and onboarding activities. Duties will vary from supporting with uploading vacancies, all the way to helping to get young people involved with interviews, and planning inductions.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a broad range of skills while getting the opportunity to work with a range of colleagues and departments. As well as developing a wider sense of core CAMHS a whole.

Main duties, tasks & skills required
Duties supporting Heads of Clinical Services:
- Managing busy diaries, meetings, and events
- Booking meeting rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and actions
- Maintaining filing systems and records
- Acting as first point of contact for queries
- Arranging travel and supporting with processing expenses
- Monitoring deadlines to keep projects moving forward
- Updating databases and spreadsheets to support effective reporting
Duties supporting Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assisting with uploading vacancies
- Supporting uploading shortlisting outcomes
- Helping to organise interviews, including room bookings, inviting staff and young people, and sending invites
- Updating interview outcomes on Oleeo and checking pre-employment checks progress
- Arranging laptops, ID cards and essentials to give new starters a fantastic start
