Full job description

Customer Support, Administration and Social Media Assistant

This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, 12–5, with occasional holiday and sickness cover as required. Initially, this is a one-year contract.

We are recruiting a part-time administrator to join our small, friendly team in Warwick. The role is 25 hours per week, with additional hours available at agreed times during busier periods.

Candidates should have a confident, polite telephone manner and relevant I.T skills.

Experience with social media advertising is useful but not essential.

Duties to include:

- Answering the phone to customers

- Arranging and coordinating appointments using google calendars and ZOHO database system, training provided.

- Administrative duties

- Inputting customer details accurately and efficiently to our database systems.

- Administrative experience is essential, and database / excel is very desirable.

Job type Part-time 25 hours Mon to Friday

Salary per hour £12.90 - £14.40
