Laing O'Rourke is delivering the new Pandemic Sciences Institute in Oxford, a world-leading research facility that will support scientific innovation, collaboration and preparedness for future global health challenges.
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a project that combines science, research and innovation with outstanding engineering and construction expertise.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Project Quality Manager who can build trusted relationships, bring people together and help teams consistently achieve high standards.
Working closely with project teams, delivery partners and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in embedding quality, assurance and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, improve processes and help deliver a facility that will support world-class research for years to come.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading project quality and assurance activities
Building strong relationships across project teams, suppliers and stakeholders
Supporting teams to achieve right-first-time delivery
Using data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and sharing best practice
Supporting governance, compliance and handover activities
Helping create a collaborative culture focused on learning and excellence
What We're Looking For

Construction experience is not essential.

You may have developed your expertise in:
