Marketing Coordinator
Up to £30,000 per annum
Onsite 40 hours a week, hours 12-8pm
Flexibility required for weekends & some bank holidays

The Victoria is the flagship casino of the Grosvenor brand and is one of the top casinos in the UK.
We're looking for a creative professional with a passion for marketing to fuel our strategic initiatives and bring a touch of excitement to the casino industry.
As a Casino Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting senior leadership with delivery and execution of local marketing initiatives to meet visitation and financial targets.
You will have a diverse set of responsibilities, spanning across online and offline marketing channels, promotional activities and organising top class events.

What you’ll do:

Deliver engaging marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and footfall.

Create compelling content across social media, email, SMS, website, and digital channels.

Plan and execute memorable customer events, entertainment, and venue activations.

Partner with operational teams to bring local and national marketing initiatives to life.

Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and communications remain on-brand and up to date

What we’re looking for:

Creative thinker with a strong sense of urgency
Confident, engaging, and comfortable in a customer-facing role
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Results driven and highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
Proactive attitude - keen to get involved and make an impact
Marketing experience (2 years +) and relevant degree preferred

Desirable experience:

Experience in the casino/gaming industry or event management
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools and platforms
Good knowledge of social media marketing and managing content.
