Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Customer Service and Bar Experience Associate, where you'll be the heartbeat of our lively venue! In this dynamic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while showcasing your flair behind the bar. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from arrival to departure
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages responsibly, adhering to food safety standards
Take accurate orders using efficient serving techniques, ensuring quick turnaround
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations
Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills
Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels to ensure smooth operations
Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions, and promote menu items

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol serving procedures
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently
