**Express Site Manager*Store***

Lead, inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service with heart

Drive sales, high standards and exceptional customer experience
Take ownership of store performance, colleague capability and commercial delivery
Manage cost control, stock processes, pricing strategy and profit drivers
Maintain safety and compliance — including all PFS and forecourt requirements

Strong retail experience with commercial awareness

Able to build capability and confidence in your team
