Location – Towcester, Northamptonshire

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Stores Coordinator to join our team. This hands-on role combines inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks
Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch materials and supplies
Process shipments and coordinate collections with carriers
File export documentation via the ACE Secure Data Portal
Operate forklifts to load and unload delivery vehicles
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers

About you

We would like to hear from you if you have:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Extensive experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
Forklift experience/certification desirable
This role involves manual handling duties, including lifting and moving stock weighing up to 23 kg, with appropriate equipment and training provided where applicable
