Bartender

Oceana Hotels & Restaurants is a group of unique hotels and restaurants based in the beautiful region of South of England. Located in the dream location of award-winning sandy beaches of Bournemouth. We are a well-established hospitality business catering to the needs of thousands of guests each year and pride ourselves at delivering market leading guest experiences. We are looking for passionate talent to join Oceana Team and be part of a history of continued success.

Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender / Server to provide excellent guest experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic beverages and cocktails.

Hours are flexible but will include weekends, nights and days and all holiday weeks all year around.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take and serve food and beverage orders
Anticipate guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Conform to all legal licensing requirements within the business.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
To assist the Bar Manager and Supervisor
To undertake inter departmental duties within the Restaurant and Bar

Requirements

Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Have a legal right to work in the UK
